Plan for more number of meals with smaller quantities at intervals o 2 to three hours.Idea is not to overload the system at any given point of time so as to avoid spiking the blood sugar levels,at the same time taking care that you do not face hypoglycemia.You have o work out schedules and menu based on your tastes and preferences.
