First of all don't be panic about your blood sugar level. know that it is not a disease but of deficiency. i have done the following and my blood sugar came to below 200. Do morning walk for 1 hour or cover 3-4 KM distance. Reduce intake of food by 1/3 or take intake of food 5 times a day splitting the 3 times food. Have medicines prescribed by your doctor. and do an evening walk by half-an- hour covering 2-3Kms. Have good sleep for 8 hours. Then see yourself the result.

After consuming food, your blood sugar may raise above 200 mg/dL for few hours. But it should come down below 200 mg/dL after 2 hours. Random blood sugar must be less than 140 mg/dL. If this does not occur, it is a risk factor for diabetic complications.
