Yes , I fully agree and endorse what you say , because I have been experiencing myself in my life ,since last 7 years . Disease from child hood ( now I am 63 ) " Running ear with little cold or any other abnormality ----flowing ear -- I do not know what in medical terminology is called ... it was due to a pin -hole in one ear drum .. doctor had suggested little operation patching the pin hole. Within 3 years of doing daily Yog the pin hole automatically patched up and no more flowing ear , also eyesight improved and do not need spects , , Cured chronic Piles , cervical spondalysis , Little high B.P , Blood sugar lever now abosolutey normal , All parameter now at age 63 absolutely Normal .

Yes , Possible . With more own experience , My sugar level was fasting 171 and post lunch , after two hours 171 . I have cured myself , now respective readings are 98 and 110. That too , even without any allopathic medicine ,(all that you have mentioned , i even never knew or never consulted any Diabatologist ) OR never done any strict diet control as you do, only stopped eating direct sugar in any mode .......Only great medicine I took , ( which my many Yog students also trust because they cured their other diseases including, High B.P , Joint Pains ( Arthritis), paralysis etc etc )..........
