Bariatric surgery

Has anybody gone through bariatric surgery. Does it cures diabetes. How much does it cost. I currently weigh 74 kg. Is it suitable for me

I am not having any experience on this,but I think your weight does not warrant bariatric surgery.Less invasive measures like moderating diet,proper selection of foods and increasing physical activity and some form of planned exercise should do the job.I reckon you need to reduce by 5 kg at the most.

I am not talking about weight loss. Just checking if it does cure type 2 diebetes

your weight is in your hands,.by diet control you can come down to 58kg in 3 months time. no need to risk with surgery
