Wow amazing! Shashikantiyengar, that's a great menu.
Some of the ingredients in the menu I have questions about are - Paratha & Roti made out of atta & besan, brown rice, walnuts, peanuts & pecans, gram flour dosa. Are these allowed in LCHF diet.
What is Vco?
Walnuts and other nuts are lchf .
Grains to be avoided but we are in a carb based society . So some in small limits are ok.
I am grainless now by the way for a year.
Gram flour in small qty is allowed
I will need everyone's input to come up with 15 days menu. One day I'm sure we will have that!
