Exercise ---- treadmill.

Friends,

Plz clarify me whether 30 minute treadmill walk will suffice or should move out for a 30 minute walk.

Both are aerobic exercise which is good for everyone. As a diabetic, a regular exercise would help control blood sugar, of course together with the right diet. These two exercises should yield similar outcome in the same amount of time you spend but it can be slightly different depending on how you do them eg. At what's speed or force. If you think you are fit to exercise a bit longer to 45 - 60 minutes, you should get a better outcome. Importantly, you should enjoy your exercise and do it regularly. Good luck!

The best workout is the one you will do consistently, based on your personal preference and daily routine, as even the best workout in the world will produce no results if not done consistently.
