My veins are getting bulged in hands and legs once in a while, almost alternate days for last 15 days. They remain for 5 mins to 2 hours and go away and this repeats.
Anyone has any idea?
I have gone to many doctors, no one was able to satisfactorily answer

If the doctors have nothing to say about the veins, you should concentrate for time being to bring down A1c levels closer to 6.How are your other functions like liver, kidneys, thyroid etc.If overweight is a problem, you have to address that too.
I started doing 40 mins of brisk walking. But the swelling happens any point of time, not only when I do exercise. Many times it happened in night also when there is no activity/stress
Veins have valves that act as one-way flaps to prevent blood from flowing backward as it moves up the legs. Bulging of the veins results when the valves do not function properly, allowing the blood to pool and enlarge the vein. It may occur in conditions affecting the vein itself or in association with more generalized conditions, such as pregnancy and aging. Inflammation and swelling of a vein (thrombophlebitis) is a common cause of bulging veins. Other common causes include lack of movement and obesity. Obstructions to the flow of blood in the veins can also cause bulging ,so it would be better if you consult a doctor to know the exact cause.
