Swelling appears on Nail fingure

I am diabetic since last 5 yrs . I try to keep sugar level normal . Some times when it rises a bit , swelling appears on one of the fingers with pain , as if there is septic inside .Please advise me how to cure and care ?

plz get check ur uric acid also, it can be the reason.and side by side go for "immurich" a good natural product for every disease
