Metabolically challenged person needs help

Hi. I am a metabolically challenged person. I have been following this forum since last 6 months. I read carefully the advice of Mr. Anup.

My FBS is around 150 and PP is around 200. I have just started Low Carb High Fat Diet. Please suggest me the foods that I can take as Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner separately with a lot of variety.

I shall be grateful to you. Please help me.

  • What is your current daily diet and do you count carbs, proteins and fats?

    For meals etc you can refer to the link mentioned by alwaysoptimistic as it has well over 500 variations on meals.
