I am 37 years old. I have very high PP sugar level as 237 while fasting is 101.How to control this?

Your numbers suggest that your pancreas is still working better. You need to control your ppbs. Do it by low carb lchf diet. Do not take heavy high carb high calorie foods. Measure 1 hour pp. Should be below 140.
