How can I manage diabetes?

Diabetes is a complex disorder of the metabolism even though some of its signs are fairly obvious (see healthunlocked.com/diabetes... ) the exact afflictions can have a very wide range.

Have you been diagnosed with diabetes type 1 or type 2?

Are you overweight (see nhlbi.nih.gov/health/educat... to determine you Body Mass Index)?

What medications have you been prescribed?

The Diabetes Research & Wellness Foundation (DRWF) website offers a number of informative leaflets for download ( drwf.org.uk/diabetes-leaflets ) that will give you some basic information about diabetes.

1) know your diabetes. Get lab reports done.

2) diet is the most important part of management

3) exercise

4) medications can be used as a support till your diabetes comes under control.
