I have also started intermittent fasting. FYI I am not on any diabetic medication.
1st time fasting - 16 hr. 81 and PPBS 92
2nd time fasting - 16 hr. 81 and PPBS 110
3rd time fasting - 16 hr. 77 and PPBS 116
Currently, I am fasting twice in a week.

Can be taken . But keep the carb count go around 100 gms for the day
