Hi all..Today i have done FBS and PPBS..

FBS is 115 and PPBS is 155..How much it is more than the normal range??

FBS upto 100 is Ok.

FBS between 100 and 126 is taken as Pre-diabetes and above 126 is confirmed diabetes.

PPBS should be below 140.

So your readings show that you are in Pre-diabetic stage.

So if you take care properly now, you can bring down your levels and be normal.

Please mention your Age - Height - Weight so that I can give you more suggestions for Sugar control.

5 and 15.But it is OK. Try to reduce PP.

It is Marginally More .Fasting best results 80-120 and PP from 140-180 max.
