At least 15 days are required for a new diabetic drug to get adjusted in your metabolism so various side effects may be felt. Afterwards, there is no problem. Janumet is without any adverse long term effect so you may take it without any hesitation. I am taking it for may years. It helps in controlling fasting sugar.
