Diabetes and Tinnitus (ringing or buzzing in the ear)

I must add - It can be the most suffocating sound.

I understand that there is a genetic component to the onset of deafness and diabetes in some. Dont remember the details of the study. I've suffered. What possibly hastened the symptoms was infinite air travel and valsalva manoeuvres (maybe I am wrong). Lived with it for half a decade or so. It seems to have dramatically reduced with tighter control (low 5s). It took about a year or so to put that fire out.

Is there any definitive solution to this ? I have this issue once in a while. Any allopathic or Ayurvedic medicines ?
