What medications are you taking along with insulin? Have you seen your Endocrinologist recently? If so, what did he/she say? Are you counting carbs.?
Activity2004 I am sure since she is on insulin ...she must be consulting endo on regular basis....
But I guess what is important is to counting carbs.....
I guess unless she does that....insulin won't work...and there is all fear that she may gain some weight...
what do u think???
Avoid eating rice, wheat and potatoes Ofcourse no sugar in any form Within three days your sugar will be in control
Stop eating simple carbs. Two months ago, I quit all bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and sweets of every kind - even fruit (except for blueberries) Basically went paleo, except for dairy (cheese, sour cream, butter). I have lost pounds, inches and my blood sugar is now under control! No more finger sticks for me😊
