Flex seed oil is better as it contains omega-3 which our body does not produce. Those who are non-veg they can get it from fish but not all types of fish. Cold pressed flex seed oil is available in the imarket. Take 2 tea spoon daily.

In my opinion any oil which has less SFA & more MUFA/PUFA is good. Further it should have ideal combination of omega-6 & 3. Going with this, mustard oil is excellent
