Dietary fat and cancer specially prostate cancer.

Those of us who are diabetics and adopt the LCHF diet may be concerned about high fat content our diet and its relation to the development of cancer specially prostate cancer. Can anybody throw light on this subject?

I seem to recall a study recently along these lines concerning the impact of fat on brain cancer. Kind of worrying for anyone on a high fat natural diet - that is until you find the fat in the study was polyunsaturated - you know - man made seed oils full of easily oxidised omega 6.
