Where should one get those 600 calories from? Carbs? Proteins? Fats?

Thanks for sharing the info. I see from your previous posts that you were experimenting with LCHF a couple of years ago. I am assuming you followed the 600 calories diet that you described in your previous post. Are you cured of diabetes now?
