Sorry guys. Here are details.

Recent A 1c was 7.2. BP was 130/96. Vit D deficiency. Triglycerides were 183. 5'3" weight is 68 kgs. Father was a diabetic.

Taking typical indian food. Have tried to start LCHF just recently but short of recepies. Cut down on chapatis.

My FBS hovers around 150-160 but PPBS is generally ok. I realized that this may be due to only 1 Amaryl 1mg I take in morning. Have started metformin 500 mg in evening also now.
