My question is , if i want to check my bs level as fasting, then when should be it checked.?
I mean , it is desire , not to do any exercise to get correct results..means exercise like running will definitely down yr sugar level..

Yes....My fasting blood sugar goes down by atleast 9/12 points after exercise.
Gentle excercise will lower blood sugar, but rigorous excercise will raise it.
Yes...Guess 5 kms walk in about 50 mts....is gentle .....
For vigorous, you need to join Gym....and do some strength training...5kms may be considered as warming up for the same.
It all depends on person to person....there is no rule...How much cortisol is released from your brain depends on each individual.
Yes. No exercise before checking sugar. As soon as you are out of bed because that the best indicator of your night sugar levels.
but the testing of fasting sugar is to done before morning walk/exercise or after the exercise.which is medically correct method.
the fast blood glucose level will definitely reduce if tested after morning walk as glucose is converted into energy and to see the true level of blood glucose you need to give a gap of 10 hours after night dinner and before walking only.🚙
