Well I am on LCHF diet for more than 3 yrs and maintaining level between 100 to 110. I read that if food grains like wheat, rice if heated  and then used the GI is very much low. I will test it for a week and take my readings.

Any body tried it & what was out come.

What about pp bs ? And A1C ?

combine whole wheat,bajra,and jai,black chana in equal proprtion and grind it on watermill,or at home,use chapati,will be right answer to your question in equal
