My hba1c is 6.5

Now can you write me properly for a day what can i have everyday ...of course vil do excersice atleast half hour a day and without medicine i want to live so plz. If any person guide for food ...

Dear Swaati,

Join Art of Living :Practise Sudarshan Kriya and get relief and i came to know that all the toxins from the body will out say 90% and other alignments be will cured. you can also see this you tube. Swaati, dont take stress and see the Doctor in Madras whereby I have given the name.

Also, drink manjal podi with butter milk(without sour) in empty stomach and and bring Bad Cholesterol down. Keep writing. God bless you.

Dear Swaati,

I forgot to tell you, Avoid rice and Wheat completely and both these are same in glucose.

Instead take Millets (Ragi etc in rice form or powder form almost no glucose). It seems it is very good for all. Try this, but avoid rice and wheat completely.

Dear Swaati,

Warm Greetings and good morning

To Increase Hemoglobin, make a juice of Pomegranate and you will get fresh blood in half an hours time. Do this regularly.

Also, Pomegranate juice with equal quantity of Coconut milk one will get a good colour of Skin (Minimum 48 days). Pomegranate is a medicinal tree Swaati.

Even this morning, i was watching Sun TV and Native Medicine Dr. Sakthi and Dr. Nandhini were recommending Kovakai (in Hindi - Tindly) and it seems it reduces the sugar, have regularly.

I am searching some Native Medicine Recommended by Native Medicine Doctors and will let you know.

Swaati, avoid Tension, Stress, Anger and always be calm and if possible do Jathara Parivarthana Asan i.e. with some variations - lifting your leg and keeping it on one side and this asan is easy and it seems it compliments the abdominal parts each other (say how are you Kidney, kidney asks Pancreas how are you like this) as this asan tones and eradicates the sluggishness the Liver, spleen and Pancreas . This was told by "Asana Andiappan" - from Madras " I saw this programme on TV and BKS Iyengar which is available in Iyengar_B_K_S__The_Illustrated_Light_On_Yoga with Photograph . Try this swaati if possible , it my suggestion.

Thank you so much ramesh ... i feel like i got solution for my deases ... it all coz of sugetion ... here i gonna write you about my food chart from last four day as i knew my report result before four days so..

Morning: around 7 am

Cup of tea without sugar and half roti..

Around 9 am: juice of beet, carrot and half apple( from tomorrw i vill stop)

Around 11:30 am

Lunch:

3 roties

Half bowl vegetable

One bowl boil daal

Cucumber

Onion like salad

Around 3 pm

Half roti with tea

Around 5 pm

Dish of tomato atleast 3

Dinner

3 roti and veg.

Around 10 pm

Cup of milk

But want some more like calcium ,protein as some time feel weekness

I do my house work my self and even market, my child school so can u write me what should have ....

Was having stress for all but for myself i should be calm and want to live without any medicine ramesh

Your carb consumption is high. Reduce roti to 1 at a time for lunch and dinner. Instead of roti you can increase vegetables in the form of sabjis and salads. Add sprouted/soaked and cooked beans to your meals.

Thanks for your reply,. Here it is around 2.30 P.M. I just came back from lunch and saw your message. Do you have any native Medicine Shop (country medicine) close by and I saw Dr. Sathyawani prescribing some medicine which you can prepare and keep it at home and it last long (No expiry Period) and you can consume it regularly. There is one fruit for Diabetic and it seems it is a gods gift and I will try to get the name as the audio is not clear in the Video.

Regarding your food chart, one correction, please avoid Wheat and rice and try to take Bajra or other Millets which is easily available over there.

As said, try to find out any native medicine shop is available and I will try to get the name what Dr. Sathywani said, pls.give me some time.

Also Swaati, native medicines are effective and cheaper in the long run and there is a solution. You can Try "Tindly" in Hindi and in Tamil it is Kovakai". Try to take this daily raw and tender one and see the result.

Always take care and the child and family priority comes first. Don't take any tension, stress and if possible Join Art of Living and they will teach you the breathing exercises and you will be free from stress / tension and all the toxins will be out from the body. I came to know the fee for this course is around Indian Rupee 1500/1600 and this must be practised on empty stomach.

Also from last 14 years after mrg. I always take care of my In laws family that is why today m diabetes patient ... i always care their small small points ..

Plz. Ramesh dont mind but i hate medicine ...vil try my best by meal and exersice and especially with your support too...

Want to write you more but cooking time so later ...

Greetings once again,

Just had tea and little snack and came to the room. There is heavy Sandstorm here due to seasonal changes as I am staying in the desert. I am working as Technical Assistant.

Swaati, patience is required whatever the hurdle comes and we learn from this (it may good or bad we must accept this). Always support the family and you can achieve many things and time will tell.

Swaati, Diabetes is not a disease but a small snag which you can overcome if you maintain your food habits and good that you are a vegetarian. Pls. avoid Potatoes, carrots types of vegetables for some days as there is starch and take greens vegetables preferably boiled and later with little thadka subject to your liking.

Always prefer Millets Grains and almost there is no glucose and this was consumed before rice and wheat came and in those days people where healthy by eating this.

Swati, you did not tell me about the country medicine shop where you are staying and you did not tell me where you are staying over there.

I am just sharing the Info. what is being said by Specialist and it may give good result and we must trust/believe on this.

Yes u r right.... my family members proud on me ..always tell that we are lucky that u r with us ...but i face lots of issues by them in my life so now m not worry for this deases ...but worried for my son ..hey really u live in desert? Where?

Swaati, when there is strength there is no wisdom and when wisdom comes there is no strength (i.e. bed ridden and some support is required from others etc if any illesss and if both wisdom and strength works together it makes wonders and all are happy. Who ever it is one must think on this.

Swaati, there is superpower above us and believe in that and everything will come good. Nothing will happen to son.

Yes Swaati, I am staying in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) and it is one of the Emirates here. You may know Dubai, it is one of the Emirates. From Abu Dhabi City it is around 300 K.M. where I am staying.

Bajra is not different from wheat considering carbs. It will not make much difference to BS level.

Carbs in wheat 71gm and in bajra 68gm.

FBS is sill high. Also, if you are self managing diabetes, first thing to do would be start testing at home.

Dear Madam,

Have Amla Powder (eatable) with little Turmeric Powder mixed with Milk and drink. Also have Raw Baby Onion (shallots) in Empty Stomach 50 Gms which will also give you insulin of 25 Units.
