Ideal food

Whatever we eat,the ultimate result is carbohydrates, which is fuel to run our biological laboratory. Now if we eat less, then no tummy satisfaction and if we eat excess, there is increase in glucose in blood. So,the ideal food should be such that it gives tummy satisfaction, enough carbohydrates to run the machine and control glucose absorption by intestine. After lots of trials/errors,we found this formula and it was/is a successful diet which fulfills the need and sometimes acts as a remedy to control sugar level.

5 kg of wheat, 1 kg of barley ,1 kg of black gram,1/2 kg of soyabean........get this mixture grinded from a flour chakki, make roti of this flour and see the results.Wheat gives carb, barley[jau] absorbs the excess glucose from intestine, black gram gives good quality fibre and soyabean provides essential protein. This flour brought down my fbs from 210 to 85 in 15 days without any medicine.

As you mentioned wheat sir. Is it regular wheat, whole wheat or long wheat? Also what is the ratio of carbs, fat and protein to follow in one time meal?

Great. This is very useful. As most of the Indians are eating wheat roti as staple food, it is easier for them to adapt such roti than changing diet completely.

I have suggested barley in the preparation of diabetic flour because barley absorbs any excess glucose in the intestine. In some parts of India,on the borders of UP and MP,people mixes barley with wheat as a matter of routine.

It is ok but not possible all the times to calculate the protein, carb fat etc and live in frustration. After all you require all these also to run the machine. Many a times, it is in the mind and not in the stomach, sir.
