It is high, normal is below 100. U need to avoid fried, greasy foods and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables in addition to broiled, baked and steamed fish or chicken to begin with...along with some kind of regular exercise

Chew few cloves of garlic empty stomach in morning for some days and see the magic :)
