Control of blood sugar.

Hi nice to see everyone's experience on blood sugar. Am suffering from type II diàbetes since last five years. Wd on medicines for two years but due to lot of side effects presently not on medicines. FBS 200 and pp 230-250. Daily checking at home by glucometer. No symptoms, not thirsty, not hungry, pass motion/urine normally not excess nor less. Left sugar. Since last one month. On sprouts and normal food. What sh I do for getting my blood sugar normal.
