i am replacing fruits for high fats since my cholesterol and triglys are high.for BF i will hve green smoothie+protein powder, for lunch ragi/wheat/brown rice/millets with lots of vegetables and dhals. coffee+peanuts at 4p.m for dinner cooked vegetables+dhal soup+d-protein with hot water.no milk and milk products.kindly tell me is it o.k. for lchf diet.

Sorry, but the above are the carbohydrates that will undo ANY attempt to control blood sugar.
