My One Day Diet and Results with LCHF. Requesting your valuable responses. Am i eating correctly. I am sorry for taking your time.

Breakfast.

one carrot with 2 tsp cream as fresh juice.

Two eggs fry with 1 tsp olive oil + 1 slice cheese

200 ml full fat milk mixed with few fried Almonds paste +fresh coconut power with 1 tsp clarified butter

One hour after eating sugar level : 113 (No medicine)

Lunch.

Mixed vegetables

(1 Carrot, 150 grams cabbage, 150 grams Turai ki sabzi (Ridge Gourd), 2 tomato, green chili, turmeric, salt) mixed with 2 Teaspoons of broken samba wheat plus 2 teaspoons of clarified butter, one egg fry with olive oil.

One hour after eating sugar level : 123 (No medicine, no walking)

Dinner.

Mixed vegetables

(1 Carrot, 300 grams cabbage, 2 tomato, green chili, turmeric, salt) mixed with 2 Teaspoons of broken samba wheat plus 1 teaspoon of clarified butter, one egg fry with olive oil.

200 ml full fat milk mixed with few fried Almonds paste with 1 tsp clarified butter

1 Brown Bread Slice with Full FAT Cheese slice

Bedtime sugar level : 109 (No medicine, no walking)

Fasting BS after 9.5 hours : 109

I am Diabetic 2. controlled by diet and exercise.

Total Cholesterol 176 mg/dl

Triglycerides 70 mg/dl

HDL 50 mg/dl

LDL 137 mg/dl

FBS : 115

PBS : 140

HBA1C 5.9

Vitamin D 21 ng/dl (taking supplements VI Drop 15 ml once a week)

Vitamin B 12 188 pmol/L (taking supplements methaycobol tablet 0.5 mg B12)

Uric Acid 6.5 mg/dl (taking vinegar with warm water, Lemon with warm water)

Lymphocytes 5%

Plateletes 182 (10^3/mm)

Thanks Anup. So I will stop cooking with Olive Oil and start VCO. Can u suggest a good brand of VCO Please.

What about my overall diet. Is it fine or do i need any modifications

Thanks Anup. Referring to my post and diet of one day. Did u notice anything incorrect other than Olive Oil for cooking , i will replace with VCO today.

Add yogurt in daily diet in place of milk...

What surprises is the carrot that you are eating. In the first place were you diabetic. What was your HbA1c atleast 3months before you started this diet and what is it after about 3 months you started this diet.

1.Milk carb is readily available to get into blood ...just like juices:), so it increase BS more than yogurt for me...i experimented

2.Yogurt has good bacteria, which help in digestion and overall good to have to fight with bad ones in gut and keep a check on candida

3.Generally fermented food has more nutrition than the its fresh counterpart

4.Yogurt lactose(Carb) is broken down by lactobacillus, so less carb then milk
