Both will increase the sugar.Check it on meter.

Both are fast acting carb.

adding soyabean or methi or green vegetables to roti will decrease glycemic index

Amazing thanks

It is better to go for oatmeal in stead of those two

one cup of cooked oat meal gives more saiiation more nutricients and energy . As far as calories are concerned , wheat or rice both do not have much difference . Proof of pudding is in eating -- thus goes the adage . TRY FOR one month and see the difference. If you find any difference which is beneficial , then go for that or else shift to your old bf. In fact you can have dalia also.

Soluble fiber in oats helps in slowing down absorption but finally restriction of carbs can not be avoided. It is just better option compared to other grains.

Wheat roti is always better option as bread is bakery product. Bakery products should be avoided by everyone. If you want really tight BS control then roti also must be avoided.

Thanks for your information

So called brown bread may not be good. It may or may not be of whole wheat. It may be just ordinary bread with fructose added to make it brown bread. Pl check the same. Fructose will mess u up by increasing cholesterol level and also will increase what is called as AGE pathway multiple times which is an Inflammatory process hypothesed to cause diabetes.

Brown bread is better than the white bread. White bread is made out of Maida which is bad for health. Maida is taken out of wheat last product is treated with chemicals to change the color.Brown bread is pure wheat.

if you are eating white rice ,avoid it. If you have to eat rice , try brown boiled rice which is good for health. There is not much difference between wheat and rice.

Eat in small quantities, what you like .

Recently I came across a news item , that brown rice has more arsenic when compared to white rice . Caloric value is almost same in both . If one can't help but has to take rice it is better to go for white rice. Though all are said to be having same caloric value it is better to go for different rains like Zola , millets , etc because they take longer time to get digested and so , you would not feel hungry soon . Thus the need for taking food very often gets reduced .
