What are all the side effects of Mr.George Long Wheat kanji apart from reducing sugar level.

I don't think,LWMDR has any side effect. Anyway other members who have been on LWMDR may please respond with their experience.

i am not aware of any other side effect. my sugar level has come down, and i was able to stop taking morning diabetes med after taking Lw since 3 month.

Even I too reduced some medicines after taking Lw for the past 5 months. In addition to sugar level reducing even my weight and inch loss in waist is also reduced. Have you/anybody experienced any weight loss?

yes, I reduced weight since taking LW. I do not feel lethargic as I used to before.

Hi nairrajis,

After taking LW for 5 months I have reduced nearly 8 kgs. But I am energetic than before. Even nowadays I am not having evening tiredness also. But my friends and relatives are saying I look so sick. That is why worried. Hence asked in the forum for others experience

Hi SS Bala,

Since I have lost weight, and follow vegan diet, but my family is non-veg, so, my relatives, always comment about my diet, and weight loss . LW and LCHF diet, has improved BS and cholesterol level, and HF(high fat) has made my skin glowing, and smooth, so some of them comment that i donot look tired, inspite of weight loss. I care for my diabetes and health only. So, nasty comment, I ignore. I cannot educate them about my diet. My choice is my life, my family supports me. That is all that matters.

there is no any side effects i am taking lwmdr last five months ppbs reduced from 280 to 16o and FBS from 155 to 112 thanks George Sir

There is no any side effects i am taking LWMDR. Nearly 5 months i follow LWMDR, my weight is 68 kgs last 8 months.
