Dear moaez, please,do not be depressed!Difficulties in life are challenge for us and we must face them with patience.Be optimistic and go through following algorithm:

Steps:

(1)Find the actual reason for your unhappiness.

(2)Determine the root cause of that reason.

(3)Think about available alternative solution and choose the best one.

(4)Apply the solution method at your best with patience.

(5)Get the result and learn a lesson for the future.

Now,come to your case.

(1)You are unhappy because of your health problems.

(2)The root cause of your health problems is diabetes.

(3)For you available options are

(i)You can control your diabetes using medicines alone or

(ii)You can control your diabetes through change in diet, regular walk/exercises and very less/no medicines.

For you the better option is (ii).Is not it?

(4)It is not too late.Just modify your diet plan (low carbohydrate & high fat),go for walk/exercises and consult a doctor (if situation is worst).

(5)Within one or two weeks you will feel better. For you the lesson is-"Diet and exercises are key of good health!"

Remember-It is difficult but not impossible. Many diabetic people in this forum have controlled their diabetes through change in diet & regular walk/exercises.Some of them even do not take medicines at all and are living a normal life like a non-diabetic person.

Wishing you a good health!
