LCHF works but not for pure vegitarians.

Wrong notion. As anup said I am vegetarian and LCHF is working for many of us here.

Dear the problem I faced was costipation.my numbers improved to a great extent and I was off on Glynase and pio. Continued on metformin 500'twice daily .but I was fed up with costipation. So I changed to LCLF .I am feeling great and lot of energy.I do not take any medicines at all.I am grateful to medfree for LCHF .but the only problem I faced was constipation severe constipation. Now no constipation and LCLF has worked for me.I eliminated milk products from my diet altogether and switched over to vegitables and fruits .I did fine on LCHF except that I had constipation ,.I have no probs otherwise my number improved and also my lipids improved.that is all I have tomsy.
