fasting sugar variation 105 to 272 with same diet

Sir,

I am 73 years old suffering from diabetes 20 years my fasting blood sugar was 105 but suddenly it went up by 272 & I started greediness I was not able to stand & walk.Kindly tell me why it happen.

I am 76 and is diabetic for the last 26 rears. I don't think that such a jump in readings as shown by you can happen over night due to Insulin resistance . Most probably it must be due to some variation in your diet routine. At least for the time being you have to go for Insulin injections under medical care until matters are well within control.
