I am a Type II diabetic since five years. At present I am using Istamet 50/500 twice a day. As the price is high, can I use Zitamet 50/500 instead of Istamet 50/500? I have a doubt whether both are same or not? Please clarify.

You may download app "1mg" for cheaper substitute. Otherwise both are same. In case of need salts can be checked
