Before 4 months my sugar level was normal and using insulin 14 units but my HAb1c was 13% but before 2 months it's go high so suggest me how to low my HAb1c to keep me fit.

Why not try LWMDR ? I am doing it with very good results. Along with that I also keep away from milk and milk products. I was diagnosed with HbA1c of 10.8 in Jan 15. Now its 5.7 without any medicines from 5th of June. Now a days by God's grace I have seen that having cake and sweets at times does not affect my sugars adversely . So I am very happy and thank my God for guiding me and also because of the valuable guidance by my doctor , shooter George sir and all at this forum. Don't worry as what I have learnt is that this condition is easily manageable if you don't follow the diabetologist doctors. They tell us to eat exactly the same things that aggravate the condition. Arunima this syndrome needs a positive approach as negativity and stress will only worsen it. If we diabetics come to know what food suits our bodies then managing this becomes very easy. I don't know how far I am right everyone just talks about managing and controlling but I want to reverse this condition about which I have lot of faith. Let's see my experience will show me the truth. But one thing I am sure about and that is I cannot trust in the medical fraternity when they say that it is a progressive and irreversible condition. My experience with the so called doctors have made to think about them with such negativity as I have seen how they treated me so rudely when I showed my reports and told that it was without any medicines.

Seemap I am with u as far doctors attitude is concerned. As if we have done some crime having this simple disorder.This forum is so very helpful and we r sooooooo satisfied that at times I feel as if talking to each other.Sir george is absolutely kind enough to give me the add. of availability of long wheat and now I must go and find it out.seemap we r here all friends irrespective of age.so can hope everyone will be able to get control over this disorder.best wishes to all.

Sharing views on this forum gives us an insight into things which would be helpful to one and all and a strength to fight this disorder as we know v we are not alone but many like us who have a desire to be healthy . It really gives us the courage to overcome and surpass the difficulties. Friends on this forum boost our morale and I guess we all would be the best of friends as we are on the same wavelength in the same boat trying to sail across the ocean of life helping each other.
