it looks like the BS levels are reducing day by day.i just started from one week.hoping to reach the target. other two meals are cooked vegetables,sambar and buttermilk(in lunch) and protein D with milk after dinner.kindly guide me to reach the target.taking metformin 500mg in the morning after breakfast and ayurvedic medicines
