i am using millets like navane,sajje,bajara(very low GI) with lots of vegetables and moong dhal make like kichadi for breakfast

it looks like the BS levels are reducing day by day.i just started from one week.hoping to reach the target. other two meals are cooked vegetables,sambar and buttermilk(in lunch) and protein D with milk after dinner.kindly guide me to reach the target.taking metformin 500mg in the morning after breakfast and ayurvedic medicines
