12 weeks insulin free. Eliminated over 425 insulin injections.

My sugars with insulin eating omnivore were 55 to 300+ & 60 day average was 155 to 170 over 2 year period working with endocrinologist.

Fired my endocrinologist adopted a ketogenic diet. 3 days later my sugars began to normalize. Since adopting ketogenic eating my range is now 90 to 135 with a 60 day average of 115 without any diabetes medicines at all.

I was under doctor supervision taking 5 to 6 insulin shots a day + metformin.
