Hi Its main ingredient is cassia (dal chini) which is easily available in any general store actually you can use cassia in your food or take it with lime juice (less than half table spoon) early morning, don't have it more than 5 gm a day and if possible please use sri lankan cassia you can use it with normal green tea.
