Diabetes cannot be cured. It can only be managed and diet is the key. Rest is all secondary.

Combination of reflexology with Magnets and acupressure chinese method gives good results for diabetic neuropathy.But my overall experience says Diabetes can be controlled only.

Initially it shows fantastic results but after 2/3 years the diabetes symptoms reoccur.In other diseases they are found to be curable.
