Change your breakfast.More vegetables,mixed sprouts,egg etc that do not spike your sugar level.
An ideal diet is low in carb, controlled and moderated fat and protein; vegetables and fruits a plenty; and red meat, dairy

Morning fruit & green salad 2 chapati afternoon 3 chapati evening green salad & 3 chapati.
Morning 1 roti with salad and Salan
Afternoon 1 roti with salad 🥗 and salan
Evening 1 roti with egg and any type of salan
Reduce the chapattis to three in one day, instead of eating wheat which has gluten harmful for diabetes , you can switch on to parboiled rice cook and strain the water this has an GI of 31 while as raw rice and wheat 71. To fill up take 5 meals in a day with lot of veg salad fruits etc if veg NV can add eggs fish a may be chicken
