I am taking 2 tabs 1 each before meals... and insulin 10 units before b'fast... can u suggest me that whether tabs are good for health or insulin.. in view of side effects..

Which tabs you are taking? Insulin has side effects depending on how much levels you maintain in blood.

My view is ,if you take insulin strictly as prescribed by an experienced diabetologist and with quarterly review of your sugar levels and adjusting the dosage,you have less chance of any side effects as compared to oral medication.

Yes , exactly,insulin has side effects,not only artery the lungs are also affects,the bladder &prostate are also giving problems.
