I am using syzigium ,cephalenra ,gymnam mother tinctures morning&night before meals with thouse homeo medcines&also R40,and Human mixtard selin 22points but my pasting sugar is 225.how can I control that level?

Rozana 2 patti (leaves) gudahal (Hibiscus rosa sinensis ) ki khao & take Allopathic medicine. like Gluconorm G2Fort +voglibose 3mg before breakfast &dinner.walk daily for one hour morning or evening.
