Yes, this is a concern for me 63 yrs and Diabetic Ty 2 for 25 yrs. On 30-Mar-14 the front disc brake of my mo-bike got locked & I fell breaking my Left Ankle. This incident & 19 days on I have no memories, though all my people say I was talking cohesively then. Is there a study on such episodes with Diabetes patients?

Your condition appears to be different. After the accident, did you loose consciousness even for a minute or two ? This type of memory loss occurs after accidents. Please get MRI or CT Scan of brain done . It is nothing to do with diabetes.

People generally do not realise that they are suffering from memory loss. They relate it with advancing age and take no notice . If precautions are not taken over a period of time it may further deteriorate .

"Memory loss _____--------- poorly managed diabetes" ,I am in agreement. Rest is out of context .

An interesting reading. Does it work ? It is true that nerve cells can regenerate depending on extent of damage and time elapsed after initial damage. It is high circulating fat and even hyperglycemia that cause injury and damage the brain cells leading to cognitive dysfunction. If not recognised early this damage becomes progressive leading to AD.

Can you provide me with a little more detail on how to use it. Thank you.
