Is managing D simply a question of controlling BS after every meal? Or is there more to it?

Controlling sugar levels is more like the business end of the journey for a diabetic. Also,in the process of managing your sugar levels, you will be doing enormous good to your self by way of improved kidney, heart, lung, liver, eye, skin etc functions. So,the journey never ends.I read somewhere that a diabetic who successfully controls his sugar levels is more likely to live long and healthy than non diabetics. This is because you have diet control, exercise regularly, lead a stress free life style and more importantly, you go for regular medical check ups.

Yes. its true. You have to manage the diet work or yoga or excercise and eating intervals and lowest carb diet and nuts , but in LCHF you should aviod Fruits and root vegtable and direct sugar. You can plan and successfuly control sugar. Never eat > than 300 to 4000 cals and ensure you burn and BS levels < 140 - Random.Hb AiC <
