Brisk walk a suggestion, best to burn calories, swimming another good exercise.

2-3 ltrs of water to drink daily better boied water now a days, put some herbs while boiling

Or after boiling put few tulasi leaves in it.try ds drink.Don't take water in between food.Take before or after.Ayurveda says fill half d stomach vth food next half again its half vth water rest half keep vacant.for proper mixing of food it is necessery.Light food in night.A fasting once in a week

is benificial.Because it provide total rest to each n every organ in d body.Eg:Digestion start frm mouth wen food mix vth saliva wen we don't take food at least one time salivary glands vl

get rest den mouth alimentary canal stomach intestines all d other organs frm liver to heart.longivity is d result.Healthy body n mind.

Avoid oily, spicy, deep fried foods.shift to steamed food.include more sprouts, such as moong

one big boul of green salad, veg soup in evenings.these vl reduce d mainmeal.half cooked

also preferable ask if any keralite near u to prepare 'AVIYAL,,PACHCHADI,OLEN etc.
