what should be the diet chart etc for a normal diabetic

my FBs is 190 and PL is 210, what should be my daily routine of food, diet chart and how many times i should eat per day and what is to be avoided pls recoment, i excercise daily for 30 minutes and take medicines regularly

You have to reduce your carb intake. Your scores are in the 'red' area and your first target should be to bring it in yellow area i.e. max 140-180. If you search my name you will find details of diet, number of meals I took to make it less bad (from 11.6% to 6.0%). I did it without drugs. Other people who have reduced it from 13.5% to 5.2% in half the time it took me because they did not take as much carb as I did. Please do visit Mendosa's site on Glycemic Index and Glycemic Load.
