Many of the diabetes sufferers are fed up with different types of medication,diet restrictions and daily physical work outs. Eve ry one is searching for some sort of solution and easier way out to get rid of this condition. So all such persons are desperately trying to find answers. That is why they put queries and questions in search of solution. The forum members try to help each other by writing their own experiences,stories of successes and/ or failures, so that others in the same plight may learn from experiences. Some times different views are expressed which are diametrically opposite the other. At this point one is confused ,what should he do? Here comes the need for understanding his own problem as well as cause of the problem. As each individual is different, under lying cause may be different,so a single solution is not applicable to all. But to know and understand a subject, here diabetics and associated illnesses, needs a lot study and research even to understand the basics. So many replies give reference to different web sites. For example,YOU TUBE,it contains thousands of videos on different subjects including diabetes ,different diets etc, etc,by doctors,researchers as well as pushers. Many times it gets very technical,time consuming and even language poses a problem. At that point only ref. to any site becomes counter productive.so if some body explains to me in simple language that becomes fruitful at least for me than referring to some site or telling that it has been answered a long time in past.
