There r many sites which hv pictures of Costus Igneus and Costus pictus. Diff is slight colour of their flowers. I have opened every site i could lay my hands on, no problem faced. There should be an anti virus, u can download one free if a light, user. Unless you will study you will not gain and discover. Also the distribution of knowledge shud be in the forum to avoid anyone getting cheated and for all to learn by sharing knowledge.

My BS came down from 470 to 135. Then i discontinued. Now My BS went to 340. I started again since 4 days. It is now upto 220. I think I made mistake by discontinuing after about 14 weeks, but i needed to study if I was healed in 14 weeks. My Dian is 17 yrs old so i think I should hv continued for at least 6 months. I don't think it's the right thing to keep criticizing for criticism's sake. It's better to stick to facts, scientific studies and personal experience on this forum. We're all in this journey together, sharing experiences. It's one thing for a scientific study to be critiqued professionally, another thing to be taking potshots at people or different diets.

If AxEffect believes in LCHF, isn't it his/her choice and doesn't he/she have the right to talk about it? That's how I interpreted your comment. If my interpretation was wrong, my apologies.

anilgupta101: This is excellent outcomes with Costus Igneus and Costus pictus. I read somewhere that people take one leaf every morning/evening (2 a day) as diabetes preventive.

Tinaspora Gardifolia or Guduchi or Amirthavalli or Seendhil Kodi (Tamil) is the item.This is mainly used as an immune booster. This has limited insulin in oral form also. This will help to an extent; but not a cure.

Balandage: LCHF takes time to take full effect. Your scores are not scary at all unless it was better without LCHF. Perhaps you have to compare HbA1C scores. In case of progressive/progressing diabetes, I assume, scores are on the incline for a while!

i think chapati is high carb, so should eat vegetable, fruits, only no grains, no wheat, roti, chapati, rice, breat etc ...grains r high carb and cause diabetes, high blood sugar.
