I've been a laggard; it's been in my mind since past 18 to 24 months; yet I continue to stagnate; no headway made with regards to Yoga. I’m absolutely determined to undergo such physical training. I'm also convinced Yoga is the best solution to getting Blood Sugar/Glucose levels to normal; but I'm seeking help from a good Yoga Teacher, I'm in South Mumbai; need an expert for home tuitions. If anyone known, pls inform. Thanks a million for the specifics viz. the 3 types of yoga asanas suggested. God bless you, may I ask which city you based/live in??????Write to me at: lalit.jhaveri@gmail.com
you may join sri sri ravishankars basic course where in they teach you sudrshan kriya and bhastrika pranayam, which is best , basically it's base on BREATHING CONTROL but breathing leads to removal of toxins from your body, they teach you BHASTRIKA Initially to be done as three sets of 20 each but i recommend once you do the same for few days you keep on increasing each set to 100, which will ermove lots and lots of toxins from your body and once you are through with the same contact me i will teach you heart chakra and nauli which will increase your LUNGS power & cleaning /removing of further toxins from your body.
i am 59 yrs and 25 yrs of diabetic but still i am very comfortable.
