Is gudichi plant really a cure for diabetes? Where do we get that in Mumbai?

"diabetic Cure" Not at this times maybe some years later there could be a cure , "Diabetic Management" yes its possible with LCHF diet and no harm in trying Methi , Jamun Seeds , Giloy , Long wheat etc. for me what worked is Diet and physical activity sitting at one place or sedentary lifestyle has to go out of the window Diet is important since what you eat is making your Bs levels fluctuate , so just look around here u find many people have different experiences with different remedies But for me controlling carbs 100g daily limit and adding Fat n Protein was a major factor getting my bs levels down in few weeks without any meds .

If you are coming to Pune you can take one from me. I used to be 450-470, with heavy medication. Now under fair control with most medicines off.

I have tried karela juice, Jamun seed powder, methi Dana and perhaps a host of other stuff from well meaning friends. All these things help sometimes or at least you get emotional comfort. BUT YOU ARE NOT LiVING In Dark ages.

You seem educated if you are on this forum seeking answers. Please don't look for magic potions or get well quick aids.

You have to change your life style.

I will not give you details of what to do because I am not an expert. But you need to read a lot on this forum and maybe you will learn that you need to control your carbs. Search for "Medfree" and read his posts.
